Brandon Decremer

Brandon Decremer is 38 year old originally from Ishpeming, in the upper peninsula of Michigan. For the last eight years he has been a resident of Wisconsin. He is a mindset and empowerment, 1:1 personal development coach; dedicated to guiding others to take back control of their mental and physical health, leading to higher self confidence and fulfillment in life. Brandon also teaches managing, thoughts, triggers, limited beliefs and fears to fully understand oneself, as well as finding that balance of fitness and nutritional needs while brining full intention to relationships and work life. He has helped clients from all over the world such as England and the United States.

''I became a 1:1 coach not by chance, but because my journey in life led me to my purpose. I struggled with mental health management my entire life. As early as I can remember I struggled with emotional control. Diagnosed as bipolar as a preteen and emotional regulation disorder at twenty two, I became these diagnoses for far too long by letting my mental disorders control me instead of managing it myself. The main reason? I didn’t see it as being possible. I became a victim to it, I let my symptoms not only control me but others, as they were forced to walk on egg shells around me. My identity was that of rock bottom health and substance abuse. Until I said enough was enough. I then used my knowledge as a retired cage fighter to get back into shape, structure my diet to help my brain and body function, and begin to manage my thoughts and mindset. What happened? I began to form an identity that I never knew was possible. That led me to wanting to impact anyone I could to do the same and help them take control of their lives, much like I did, and like they deserve as well."

Impacting others in any positive way possible has become a passion and true purpose for Brandon. Naturally, that meant podcasting was the next step to truly connect with others and their inner selves by finding true wellness and brain health. His podcast is titled, "Brain Wave Breakthrough with Brandon". The big release will be the Summer of 2024

In his personal life he is a dedicated father of three, including boy/girl twins who are seven and a boy who is twelve. They spend much time outdoors and being active. In his free time Brandon is a passionate disc golfer and avid board gamer who is happy to meet everyone he comes in contact with. He is a true believer that connections bring great impact and happen for a reason.

"If our journeys ever cross paths, I am grateful and honored to meet you. Make today a beautiful day!"
